I've lived here for over a year and I love it. Parking is never an issue (you get an assigned spot). They have been speedy on every maintenance request I've made and the maintenance staff if wonderful. Grounds are kept clean. We had a few bumps with the office staff when we first got here but the trick is to see the boss, Maria, she's super nice and knows how to get things done. It's a great location - across from the Mall and supermarket and 1/2 mile to the Midway. Great place if you like to run. The only time I've every heard a neighbor they were playing the guitar but other then that I've never heard a peep from these walls. I have a 1/1 one with a giant bathroom and there is more them plenty of closet space. They have security at night and most nights its the same person so he gets to know everyone but I've never had or heard of any problems in the area. If they would sell me my apt I'd take it!
