I've lived in MSV for about three months now and I highly recommend it. They were bought out by Equity Management shortly after I moved in and the change-over caused some confusion, but other than that I couldn't be happier. The amenities are fantastic and the staff is very friendly and obliging. Condo quality inside (except maybe the countertops - nice but not in line with the rest of the kitchen quality).
