How smelly and broken

The hallways smell like old garbage. The air conditioning does NOT work. The management is incapable of anything but making excuses. This situation has not changed in any way since my move in THREE MONTHS AGO. I have called repeatedly to the management and asked for help, but they have done NOTHING. Their lack of attention to the previously stated basic living problems is ALARMING considering the building is only 25% occupied. I am completely disappointed and hope to be released from my lease soon. I love San Diego, but hate Market Street Village.
