I've heard/read complaints about the maintenance staff and I feel that some balance is need here. In the past 4 years I've only had a maintenance issue 6 times. Each time the staff responded quickly and resolved the issue in short order. The only thing I see wrong is the staff is at least 1-2 people short.
The office staff is very helpful and fun to be around. The activities coordinator does an excellent job. You won't find many complexes that offer so much. There is coffee in the morning, Sat. breakfast, pot lucks, children club on Wed., even a sign language class. There is an exercise room with new and expensive equipment. Overall I enjoy living here.

Activities Coordinator? Coffee?? Pot Lucks??? Exercise Room???? Who are you kidding? I lived there from Jan/05 until Jul/09, and there's NO exercise room or any of the other "amenities" you listed. Are you sure you have the right address?
