I love it! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/25/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I would highly recommend living here! There is ample parking and lots of spaces so even if you come home late at night you'll definitely find a spot. There is a night security guard walking around the facility at night so it's definitely safe. The staff here are really friendly and the facility is well taken care of. Even when we turned in requests for repair, they usually came right away. It is a bit noisey since it's right by the 163, but the walls are pretty thick so you don't hear it too much unless your window is wide open. It's definitely at a convenient location being near the 163 and the 805. I looked around this whole area before I moved in, but this is definitely the cheapest and the most well facilitated apartment complex. Highly recommend!
