Relatively speaking, the rent is inexpensive. However, that's because this place is next to the 163 highway, and the apts themselves are a bit, shall we say, "dated." I paid a little over $800 for a studio, and I moved once they decided to increase my rent after the first year. I just simply didn't see how an old studio apt next to a major highway is worth anything more than $700 a month (with $800 being a stretch). Also, most of the washing machines were out of order, and were like that the ENTIRE year I was there. They just never opted to fix them. They're more concerned about whether your car is parked in the right direction as opposed to basic maintenance (yes, they'll cite you if you don't park face forward - stupid rule). Anyway, I can't say I totally regret renting here. It wasn't a total disaster. However, I don't recommend renting here unless you get an exceptional deal on the rent. The rent they charge is simply not worth what they have to offer.
