Mesa Palms

Not bad From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/10/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008   I lived here for 3 years and it's not bad. There's ample parking and the rent is relatively inexpensive. The front office and maintenance staff are prompt and polite. The apartments themselves are in good shape, and it seems to be a pretty safe area (I've never had any problems). The complex itself is in a pretty convenient location as well - it's roughly a 10-15 minute walk to Mesa College, and there are quite a bit of stores and restaurants near by. It's true that the 163 freeway is next to this place, but it's hardly noticeable when you're inside and it's only on the one side of the complex. It's also true that there are quite a bit of broken washers and dryers, but they have so many of them that I've never had a problem doing my wash. Overall I have no major complaints and I would recommend this place to any potential residents.
