been here for a year. fairly pricey (we're paying $850 for a tiny studio on a one year lease), but that's probably because it's right next to the freeway. i love that i'm close to everything, and i eventually got used to the sound of cars. i also like how the complex is surrounded by flowers and palm trees. the neighbors are quiet and there's a pool and hot tub. the gym consists of a small room with like two pieces of equipment. the staff is friendly and prompt with repairs and issues (i've only had to call them like once) they even have an emergency number in case you need them after office hours. there's a security guard that patrols the area late at night which makes me feel quite safe. parking is awesome, you can park anywhere and you'll never have trouble findign a spot. i only have a few complaints: no elevators makes it hard to move in, no pets are allowed, and it can get really hot and stuffy inside if you don't leave the ac on/leave the windows open.
