If you want no parking and no room to live in, go for it. One parking space per apt. If you want 2 spaces, you have to pay an extra 30/mth. The new manager is a royal pain. There is only one person here that is the best and she is maintenance. You never receive a water bill so therefore you become late and then have to pay an outrageous late fee or be evicted. The hot tub has been broken since we moved in. Too many loud parties and nothing is done about them. The only two things that are nice about this place is the closeness to MCAS Miramar(hubby) and the new design of the place.
If you move here, Good luck. Your going to need it.
