Terrible place to live!

Like all the other reviews, this place sucks. It's typical of your section 8, "let's cram 5 people in" type of apartment.
Absolutely NO parking, not to mention you get towed even with a permit. About every week a car gets broken into or damaged by idiots that don't know how to park.
Lighting around complex is very poor (i.e. carry MACE while walking dog). Lots of strange looking people walk through this area to get to adjacent apartments, college, and theater.
Management is unbelievably rude and quite uncaring. They lie about everything. I've been here a year, and I am still on the "second car permit" waiting list.
Maintenence does a good job, but if you request they call before entering, don't expect your repairs for at least a month.
Since the renovations there is no outgoing mail box, and the mailman won't take mail left in your box (even if you put a note to take it). Bills don't always show up in time to pay them.
The renovations are really just a cover up for a lousy place to live. Don't be fooled by the "Pet Friendly" "We Love Our Residents" signs out front. I wouldn't recomend this place, unless you need a temporary place to survive in and you ride a bike (store the bike in your apartment though).
