I lived at Mira Monte apartments for a couple of years and me and my husband had 2 cars and we did paid for the extra parking spot, it did cost an extra $30.00 a month. But we had our permits posted in our cars at all times and neither one of our cars ever got towed. I loved that it was close to shopping (I luv to shop) and also very close to Miramar Base. I never had any issues with any of my possessions broken into or stolen. I had to relocate out of town, so that's why I moved out. But I did enjoy my stay there.
