I don't see what all fuss is about. What's not to like about Mira Monte' The leasing and management team are very friendly and attentive. Maintenance requests are promptly completed and to my satisfaction. The property and grounds are clean and well maintained. Admittedly, parking can get crowded but each resident is guaranteed one parking. I've had guests come over to visit and they've always able to find street parking. Granted sometimes, it wasn't as close as they would have liked it to be but we all understand that parking can get crowded around here given the other nearby apartment complexes in close proximity. sAs for car break-ins or thefts, that stuff can happen anywhere and truly is out of anyone's control.

I've had frends who have lived here in the past, and none of them had any negative experiences living here.I enjoy living here and will recommend others to live here as well. Anyone considering living at the Mira Monte should check it out for themselves rather than rely on the comments found on this website.

Huh? Either this is someone working for the complex, or you are talking about the wrong place. The management team is friendly and attentive? When? Every time I'd go over to pick up a package I'd end up waiting for someone to notice I was standing right in front of them. And they never remembered who I was. At the new complex I get greeted as soon as I walk in the door, and they actually know my name. In all honesty I had the impression that the office staff were mentally challenged in some manner. While it was amusing watching them look through a stack of four packages three times to find mine, it just seems a little too ridiculous. Maintenance requests are promptly completed? We had requests that were never completed. Typically we'd just give up after calling three times. I think this goes hand in hand with my comment above. These people just aren't smart. Either our request never got written down, or the person who got it just couldn't understand it. The property is clean and well maintained? Do you mean the dead lawn is well maintained? I'm confused. They never cleaned up after the last painting. The dumpsters are overflowing every week. Our building still reeked when we moved out from the water spill months earlier. The doors were always propped open during the times the locks weren't broken. I'm seriously wondering how anyone could recommend this place. I have to assume you're lying.
