1. I have never had a problem with parking. There is always a space available, so I don't know what the others are talking about.

2. I have never had my car broken into, but that doesn't mean this isn't an issue.

3. The noise from the freeway is bad, but it's not as if they hid the freeway from me when they were showing me the place.

4. You have to plan your use of the laundry at odd times because there aren't enough laundry machines.

5. Some of the office staff are not so helpful/friendly, but others are.

6. This is why I submitted this review. The paint/thinner that they use here is unbearable. I am mildly "high" from it as I type this.

7. There is a group of obnoxious people who use the pool from time to time. They create a big annoying ruckus when they do.

8. When I moved in, I received an apartment that was in excellent condition.

9. I have had no problem with insects here (I did at my previous apartment).

Overall, I can't recommend this place, due in part to things that aren't the fault of management and due in part to things that are. If that last sentence didn't make sense, I blame in on the fumes! If they had paint thinner fumes under control somehow, I would give my recommendation. Also, ignore my 1 to 5 ratings.

Ok first off what time do you get home. Obviously not past 7pm. You must only work a couple of hours a day. If you canst stand the fumes so uch, then leave and come back later since you never have problems with parking.
