I lived here for 2 1/2 years and enjoyed it, for the most part. The only issues I had during my stay was within the laundry facility and parking. However, I had an unpleasant transitioning out of the place. I was not able to reach anyone regarding my inspection, none of my phone calls were returned, and they are taking an unnecessary amount of money from my deposit. Furthermore, they claimed not having received any of the voice messages I left about my keys being left in the apartment 2 days prior to the end of the month, therefore charging me an extra day's rent. I had to physically go back to the vacated apartment, get the keys, and walk them down to the office. Had they done the inspection on the 30th of the month, as I was told, they would have found the keys, and parking permits on the counter. Furthermore, if they checked the voice messages I left, they might have thought to have the courtesy of returning my call and let me know that I have to physically bring them the keys. This way, I would not have had to pay another day's rent.

Write the city attorney. It seems all the apartment complexes in the area are like that. The city attorney will keep a record of this and once enough people complain they will take these -------s to court. You have enough people complaining about the same problem. I don't think you will have a hard time finding enough people to back you on this.
