When I moved in I thought this place was nice, that was only on the outside. This place stinks! There are bums and illegals EVERYWHERE! Parking sucks. I won't be reniewing my lease, that's for sure. ANd they sanction illegal towing. That's right. You're car WILL be towed whether or not it is illegally parked. It's just a matter of time. They'll make up some bullchit reason and then you'll be stuck with a $350 towing bill.

Don't even consider moving into this dump. It should be torn down to make the freeway or police academy bigger.
