Of course the parking is HORRIBLE! If you own a huge truck/SVU or own more than one car (pay an extra $40 a month for another vehicle), YOU ARE GOING TO HATE IT! There is also a lot of loitering and suspicious activity! The laundry room is located on the 3rd floor (I have no idea why) and IMO, doesn't seem like any staff members help to maintain it (building F). Spiders (especially Black Widows) are also a problem.

I'd also like to mention that there is a vehicle WITHOUT A PERMIT out in the lot, FOR TWO DAYS NOW, that hasn't been reported and towed AT ALL... When only ONE night without the permit on my vehicle (it had fallen on the passenger seat floor) was towed the very next morning! About $300 down the drain!

I would definitely NOT recommend living here!

Our car got towed away also...on Christmas Eve because our permit was not visible. We feel your anger on that.
