Mira Monte Apartment Homes is a great place to live. The New Staff (Wendy,Tanya,Allison, and Debrah)are an amazing and friendly staff that will give the best experience that you are looking for. I would refer anyone to Mira Monte Apartment Homes. Great Location!! qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

I agree! This review was most likely left by a member of the leasing office. There's NO WAY a person enjoys living here unless they're strung out on happy pills the whole time.
OK, Wendy (Manager) IS making a valiant effort to make this place better, but there's only so much she can do with this ---- hole!

No this posting is not from an office member I promise. I am honest and up front and will let you know I am the Manager responding. I would like to thank the Anonymous posting from 6/2/09. As the new Manager I thank you from the bottom of my heart for noticing my efforts. My sadness is that I could not make a quick enough difference for the orginal posting and all of the resonses. Once residents get to know me they will very quickly know I actaully do care. I also make sure all of my staff from the office to Maintenance give excellent and friendly customer service. I have changed courtesy patrol, upgraded irrigation and also just hired a new Pest Control. I will continue to give 200% and hope in the future it will make a difference.

I am new to this community and I agree with Wendy that it will be going to take some time to make a change. I have been welcomed so good! and my apartment was so clean and ready to move in. I will give the staff 5 stars for their efforts.

Love wendy but this place is a dump! The staff may take pride in the property but you can defiantly tell the residents don't. You can only change so much!
