There is an intense highway construction (noise and dust are serious problems) where these apartments are located. The construction starts early in the morning and sometimes continues during the whole night. If you want to live a construction zone, you can rent an apartment from Mira Monte!!! Also, good luck if have a neighbor walking heavily and creating extreme noise...
Management and office staff were nice and maintenance guys are doing their job on time. However, the management tries to steal the whole deposit after your move out.
I agree with the previous reviewers about parking lots etc (basically parking sucks!!!)
Overall, do not even consider this place as your prospective place to live.

Thank you for your posting. I complete agree with you regarding the construction and at times it is extremely hard to focus on our actual work load. Although I can not control CalTrans I have made a valiant effort to make sure they are respectful to my residents and clean up after themselves. I call the foremen on a daily basis and thanks to my efforts the wall will be done in 2 months and not 2012. They do come early but I have not seen them here past 6pm except on a few occasions. Shoot it's construction most times they leave by 4pm, must be nice. Caltrans agreed not to work here at night and I do have a staff member whom lives here and watches to make sure they do not. I also purchased Car Washes for every resident as a thank you because I do know about the dust.. As far as your deposit if you feel it is unfair please call me at anytime and I have no problem reviewing your move out charges to see what happened. I do not ever charge anything other then what the Vendors charge me and we also can supply invoices. We do not make money off of deposit because that money goes directly to the Vendors that work on your apartment. So just let me know and I'd love to look into it. I am a renter as well and my philosophy is to Manage my residents/Property as like to be treated.
