Mission Knolls is a great place to live. I have a 2 year old daughter and have never felt unsafe here. Management is friendly and the maintence is terriffic! The complex is pretty old, so things do fall apart occasionally but they're always fixed very quickly. A perfect place for people who want to live comfortably without paying a lot of money.

The so called maintenance guys are definitely on GED education levels. They take 1 week to do the basics and never come back to finish. They walk around all day and don't bother them after 5pm or on the weekends. They only act like they work if they know you and since they all are losers in the complex they are all friends. The management sucks and it was really nice a few years back. The building is so old you are scared the pipes may break or a faulty wire fire may occur. You get what you pay for in the amount of rent. The parking lot has potholes, the trash is in view overflowing and mut/jeff walk around all day and do nothing.
