So, the apartments are spacious for what you pay. They are prompt when fixing something and it does have a community feel. Down side-the appliances are soooooo old and they want to keep fixingthem instead of replacing. They could do a better job on the landscaping, they definitely need to update landscaping. Plus, recently they just hacked everything-if it was winter I could c but I think it is to save money on landscaping-they are cheap. They need to update this place, period! Quit being so cheap and fix up the outside and update appliances and fixures.

LOl good luck on the old appliances. We were there over 10 years and only when it actually stopped. We are at a much better place and we were the 1st to live there so everythign was new. It pays to pay more rent and not live with mutt and jeff doing the repairs and taking weeks..lol
