I've lived at mission knolls for over ten years. The apartments are hugh and they recently painted all the outsides of the buildings and railings. The pool and jacuzzi were redone two years ago along with new tile and coping stones around the edge. They even painted the deck to freshen it up. They cut down all the overgrown bushes, it looks newer and cleaner. When I moved in the walls were freshly painted and the carpet was brand new. The stove is older but works correctly, my wife uses a oven thermometer. Also the a/c was new when I moved in. The maintenance is usually comes the day we call the office or the next day. They had two long time maintenance guys working there Irwin and rick, who really took good care of the place. After they left the got some new guys who seem to be working hard. I've been thru 4 managers and the one there now is really sweet and seems to be running the place really well. It looks like the place is full.
