Don't Recommend It From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/18/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008 1 response   The rent is way too high for what you get in the apt complex. Nice staff, nice premises, but there is nothing worthwhile about the place in regards to the rent. Dig a little deep in your apartment search and you will find a lot more places with cheaper rent that offer far more. Lots of noise in the surrounding area, always police car sirens going around. The complex also has a serious problem with their fire alarm system, this thing goes off about 4x a week in the middle of the morning (12 a.m-4 a.m.) and other times throughout the day. There is a random bill they give you called the Telepro bill which they make you pay for sewage, water, and maintenance something or other. It's a random bill that comes every month and will run you around $50-$80, it seems they make the number up month to month. No justification for what you are paying for.
