Not that bad for being built in the 80's

I have personally lived at Mission Trails for 4 years now, yes there have been staffing changes, but that comes with any apartment complex. I persoanlly have never felt more welcomed by any other management team thus far. I was able to negotiate my lease renewal with no increase. I also believe some people should really look into Ca. state law when it comes to security deposits and what to expect before ranting and raving. I would and have recomended this complex to my friends and family. First floor is darker, but how can you blame the Management for a problem which was created 20 some-odd years ago'' Some of these comments are very strange...

I don't think people are blaming the management BECAUSE the apartments are dark...I think people are blaming the management for showing a model unit on the third floor which is very bright and sunny, and then claiming that whatever unit you will be living in is "just like this one." I would never blame management for the structure of the building, however, I have and will blame the management for not taking adequate care of the buildings, and I will blame the management for telling lies, as that is purely and unequivocally unacceptable.

Exactly. I even asked the management specifically about the amount of sunlight in the unit, and how it compares to the model unit on the third floor which they showed me. I was told everything, including the amount of sunlight, will be exactly the same as the unit they showed me... a bald faced lie if I ever heard one.
