Spiralling down hill From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/23/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   We have lived here for just over 10 months and have witnessed the unfortunate decline of a once nice apartment complex. The complex is poorly manufactured which lends to extremely loud living situations. This could be overlooked due to the closeness that we must live. Unfortunately the overall property has gone to shambles. When we first moved in the property was well manicured and beautifully kept; unfortunately the individuals living in the complex have no regard for their actions and more to the point their pets actions. Where I once walked along beautiful walkways I now cringe at the piles of dog excrement that now litters the ground. It is unfortunate that the managing company finds enforcing the rules to be such a daunting task; keeping in mind that the people who work at the office are EXTREMELY nice, very courteous, and quite understanding. I am now forced to find legal loopholes in order to get out of my lease and find a more suitable living area. Overall - I would STRONGLY suggest NOT moving in
