The only reason I rented here was because they were willing to take two dogs under 30 lbs combined. That has been changed I'm assuming since Rottwilers, Pittbulls, and other large dogs are pooping everywhere. They actually had to hire someone to pick up after these dogs, so it's no surprise rent is raised $200 or $300 if you want to renew.
The noise is ridiculous. It is college and military party central. If you want to live somewhere with no noise, like I was assured this place was, go somewhere else. If the girls at the office tell you it's quiet THEY ARE LYING! Construction noise, party noise, loud car bass, yelling and screaming, rude neighbors fighting at all hours, etc. The list can go on and on.
Parking is ridiculous. There is none and the stalls are so narrow that I had to rent a garage so my car would not get a ding every day, plus there is no storage so you are forced to rent one.
The office staff tries, but rarely succeeds keeping this place in check. Not enough people nor do they enforce with any conviction any of the restrictions in your lease.
Go elsewhere, or spend the night on a Friday and see if you really want to be here.
