Worst Apartment EVER!!

This place was a piece of crap!! We moved into an apartment from out of state (unfortunatly site unseen) with a gaurentee that they shampoo or replace carpet when someone vacates and that they repaint and flea control. Uhhhh NO! When we got there it was nice looking from the street, but......once inside a whole different story. The place was filthy. The office area smells like dog pee, there is dog poop everywhere. People dont hardly ever pick up, and then the sun bakes it into something that smells wretched! The outside corridors wreak like dog pee because some owners let their male dogs lift there leg and piss on the walls outside!! Oh and that smells wonderful too. Dog pee stains on the apartment carpet that I shampooed out, not them! (So much for shampooing or replacing)There was something nasty all over the carpets in every room that was hardened into the carpet, hair all over the bathroom floor. I don't think that they even cleaned the bathroom. And then there was the fleas...Soooo...we moved in on Saturday and gave our notice to move out on Sunday. The day we moved out which was in two weeks we had a HUGE nasty RAT living on our patio which my husband ran over when he moved the BBQ. I don't recommend renting even short term let alone buying a condo for $525,000. I suppose the property managers don't care about anyones complaints since they are converting to condos, but this is my 2 cents worth. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
