Nightmare!

I moved into this complex when it was fairly new. There weren't too many problems. But, a few months later, it changed.
First, parking is horrendous!! It is VERY difficult to find parking. People are complaining nonstop about it. The complex keeps issuing notices about parking, listing rules about when and where. They've gone crazy, painting all the curbs red, posting towing signs everywhere, sending a tow truck around non-stop. They say they have an "overflow" lot to use, but ask them when it's available. Not until after six, so if you get home before that, you're screwed. And hopefully there's a spot, chances are there's not. And you better get up by 6am to move your car from that spot or they'll tow it. And then a week later, they'll probably change the spots and times allowed just to make it more complex. It's the worst I've dealt with.
Also, this is a very noisy place, at least in the section I live in. Teenagers yelling and screaming. I've been woken up numerous times in the middle of the night.
The office staff is very defensive. I guess they've had so many complaints and people wanting to leave it's worn on them. I can't wait to get out of here, my lease is up in September. Definitely NOT worth the money-- a total rip-off!!!
