Great apartments, but VERY expensive From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/16/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   I've lived in this complex since it first opened two years ago. I absolutely love my apartment and you couldn't ask for better amenities. The maintenance staff is great and very friendly, although we have yet to have any major apartment problems. Also, they are one of the few nice complexes that allow big dogs, which is a definite bonus to pet lovers. With that said, I must agree that things have changed over the past year. The new office staff could stand some lessons in courtesy, but I have found that to be the case at many apartment complexes. The parking has become completely ridiculous lately. Fortunately, our two car garage makes it fine for us, but forget about having any guests over. All in all, I'd say if you get a great deal on rent it's worth it...but I wouldn't pay what they are asking.
