I think that Monarch at Scripps Ranch has been the nicest apartment community I have ever lived in. The suqare footage and the layout of the apartment was awesome. I don't understand all of the parking complaints when there are more open spaces here than any other apartment community I have ever lived in.
I rate it as a great community even though they are a little over priced.

Parking is atrocious. Kids play at night in the parking lot because there is no greenspace for them to play in. It's a nightmare.
