I would rank this apartment complex in the bottom of the pile. One main reason is there inability to manage their personnel. I've had a continuous problem with the maintenance crew, and one in particular who drives a white truck (wait till you move in, you'll see the white truck). The problem is, this individual salary comes from a portion of my rent and he decides to drive through the community with a his truck spitting out booming bass. After numerous calls to management and assurances from them that he has "been talked to" the problem remains. As an example, I can tell whenever he gets home since I hear the bass and then look at his garage. There was another incident involving a golf cart that took about 6 months and a new manager to fix. Specifically, the maintenance people were blocking me from my garage, and I had asked no less than 10 times for them to stop. It was finally fixed, but it is illustrative on how the residents are viewed and treated while living here, and I'll tell you what, for almost 2 grand, I expect basic courtesies.
I am moving out in September and fully expect a barrage of headaches from management since it appears that I exist to make sure they have a salary vice they work here to make sure the residents receive basic service.
Had it not been this bad, I would have extended my lease and dealt with the risk of being forced to move out due to pending apartment to condominium conversions.
I wish I never lived here, especially when their maintenance personnel have more credibility than the residents and since I am a commissioned military officer with over 12 years of service in the military, I would think I would have a base-line of credibility as compared to the maintenance personnel who are employed here with a salary funded by the residents.
Parking is adequate if you have a garage or carport. The area used to walk your pets is now dimly lit.
