First of all let me let you know that the only reason I am writing this review is because I feel the need to warn you about this property and because if you are reading this or taking the time for research, I take it you are a smart and educated consumer. And also because I think you don't deserve to reside in what I and several other residents think is a very unsafe place not to mention full of lies! I'll start by telling you that the leasing office is a joke and full of incompetent people, not to mention that you seeing the same face in there for a month is very rare. The management DO NOT listen to people and make me feel like they are only here for the paycheck and not the people who work so hard to pay the outrageous rent for such poor property! They claim that this is a five star resort like community which is the biggest joke of all. Not too long ago I was made aware from one of my neighbors that she got robbed, they broke into her garage and stole several things including a laptop from her car. The parking here is horrible and several people have been towed in which seems to be some type of monopoly operation being conducted by the management and the towing company! Also vie seen several people taking dogs out without a leash including one bull mastiff that almost attacked me due to the negligence of his owner, the management has been made aware of this but again, THEY DON'T CARE.
A very serious topic i would like to warn you a bout is the amount of people who don't reside in the property coming into use the gym and make this place a very unsafe environment, not to mention there has been an unusual increase in Asian gang member activity within the property on weekdays and weekends. to sum all this up....BEWARE all you smart consumers out there, this is not the place to rent or buy into now that they are also selling condo's, and they use the phrase 5 star resort like living extremely loosely!
