As everyone points out, parking is a nightmare. My next door neighbor (across the hall) has a carport spot. She's lived here for two years without a problem. Along comes the condo conversion and suddenly people are parking in her RESERVED (and paid for) spot. She goes to the office and kindly informs them. 48 hours later, the vehicle is still there. A warning is put on the vehicle, and 72 hours later it is finally towed.

Furthermore, people use their garages for kennels. Walking around any time during the day and you will hear the dogs throwing themselves against the doors, barking up a storm. Let's not EVEN talk about the smells coming from those 'garages'!

Another neighbor runs uses his garage to store his lawn service equipment. His explanation is that if he parks it in 'overflow' (which no longer exists) - the equipment will be stolen. As a result, he is forced to park his TWO HUMMERS in the few spaces available. He is allowed to do this because his HUMMERS do not FIT in the garage. Many residence have asked to pay the extra cost to take over his garage, as he is obviously not using it to park.

Let's talk about noise. The 23 year old kid below me loves music. I have no problems with that, except at 3 a.m. Monday mornings! The music (and bass) run nonstop from Friday at 4pm till 4a.m. Monday morning. They also have a dog, which barks CONSTANTLY. It's become so normal, that I've almost been able to tune it out. The person below them also complains constantly about the nosie from both the music and the dog, but nothing substantial has occured.

Noise isn't limited to neighbors and poor construction either. The gardeners come to do mowing, weed-wacking, etc at 6 a.m.! There is no schedule either, they come which ever day suits them. The music blaring from cars, trucks and other apartments is attrocious. I can hear people arguing from clear across the complex WITH my WINDOWS closed.

1/2 million for these crappy units is ridiculous. Stay away.
