Monarch at Scripps Ranch

NO From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/15/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006 1 response   The walls here are so thin that anyone walking upstairs sounds like an elephant on your ceiling. I can hear conversations, babies crying, etc. from on top and on the side. IT"S SO LOUD!!! They have a weight limit on pets but don't enforce it so beware of large dogs living above you. The management rarely deals with complaints. They wanted us to go upstairs and work it out with our neightbors. What exactly are they being paid for''' I definitely would NOT reccomend Monarch at Scripps Ranch!!!
