My husband and I have been living at Monarch at Scripps Ranch for 5 months now. We are very happy. The amenities are more than adequate. The 24 hour gym is fantastic. The pool is magical. The neighbors are friendly. I have never had any problems here. The staff are always accommodating and friendly. I just love my apartment. It is a home to me. I have looked at many other communities and have rented at other apartment complexes and Monarch at Scripps Ranch has surpassed them all.
