I wanted to take a minute to share with you my 3 year experience as a resident at the Monarch @ Scripps Ranch. As a single, female, workaholic, I thrive on having a quiet, safe, and supportive community. Scripps Ranch provides me with peace of mind that my home is well cared for while I am at work. I also know that when I return home, regardless of the hour, my community is safe, quiet, clean, and friendly. On the rare occasion that I need assistance, the staff is extremely friendly, responsive, attentive, and professional.

Over the past 20 years, I have lived in numerous communities as a home owner and renter. Whenever you have a large population of people sharing a specific space, there will be the normal issues of noise, parking, pets, etc. The Monarch @ Scripps Ranch has demonstrated to me an unparalleled commitment to ensuring that their residents have a safe, pleasant, well-served, peaceful, and respectful living environment.
