I am writing this to let anyone looking to move into this community know that overall Monarch at Scripps Ranch is a great place to live. I have lived in quite a few apartment complexs around San Diego in my time here and would have to say the staff here has been some of the nicest people to deal with. I am actually quite shocked to read what some people have written about them. They always try to help whenever they can and are extremly friendly. The Manager is very helpful and goes out of her way to help out where she can. When we moved in we had a scheduling problem with our movers and she met us at 11 at night to give us or keys and let us into the gates. That is above and beyond.

Parking can be difficult at times. I really haven't lived anywhere that didn't have a parking issue. There are 2 lots very close and always have spots.I would say if your concerned with parking than get a garage. More than ample room to park our 2 suv's.

I give Monarch 2 thumbs up. Great staff. Good people living there and haven't seen any issue's with security.
