We moved here because we were tired of looking around and had to find a place within a certain amount of time. We pay a ridiculous price for what we get- 1 bedroom apt, tiny kitchen...very cramped all around. When we moved in I told the management of a few things that were messed up (no broiler pan etc..) and they did nothing for me even after I mentioned it twice. The pool is always a little dirty, except the one near the leasing office of course...The parking situation is hopeless- people with huge trucks take up two spots when there isn't enough parking as it is.. tiny spots, so small you can barely get out of your car. Patio is nice. Other than that, it is not worth it, DON'T MOVE HERE!!!

I totally know how you feel! I lived there for 2 years...and hated every minute of it...I think the only thing that is nice, is the patios..and the area...other then that..the apartments SUCK! The management there is ridiculous! They do not care about you at all....wait until you tell them you are moving out...when I did, they didnt even have the time of day for me, as soon as I told them I was giving them my 30 day notice, their attitude totally changed...and they were very rude! I am so glad that I got out of there!! And yes, THE PARKING THERE IS A NIGHTMARE!! In the time I lived there I had gotten 2 scratches on the side of my car and along the bumper and also had my passenger side mirror broken off...with scrape marks along it...so, I know it was because of someone trying to park next to me! I agree with this person though...DO NOT MOVE THERE!!!!!!!!!!

I lived there for a year and it was horrible! Forget having company because no one will be able to park; and the garages are so small good luck not damaging your car. When I went to move out the office staff refused to give me a final walk through, then tried to charge me for new carpet. They didn't like what my lawyer had to say!!!

Thanks so much for posting all of these comments. Now I remember why I moved out of Montanosa and should NEVER consider moving back!

BTW: Has anyone here lived in the large 2bed/2bath ground floor apartments or did you all choose the smaller units?
