I've been living here for 3 months, and honestly don't understand what others are complaining about. Perhaps, the fact that I live on the top floor makes a difference as far as neighbor noise goes. I can see how it can get loud because the structure doesn't seem to be "noise proof". I have noticed that most tenants are younger (mid 20's to mid 30's), so I can see how there might be a lot of parties. Not on my floor, though. Never had any problems as far as that goes. Actually, my neighbor had a party downstairs (she came up to invite me) but I didn't hear a thing. So if you move here, I guess you should go for the top floors.
Parking is pretty decent. I have 1 covered and 1 uncovered assigned parking spots. The safety concern is somewhat ridiculous, in my opinion. Basically, there is no security card, just a gate code. This is a negative aspect because people who move out can easily use the pool, gym, or even enter the parking lot. But other than that, the gates protect the cars as much as at any other apt complex. If people want to get in to steal, they will. All they have to do is wait for the next car to come in and come behind them.
The staff has been VERY friendly and VERY responsive to me so far. I had one issue when I moved in and I honestly didn't think they would do anything about it, but they took care of my concern immediately.
I would DEFINITELY recommend this place to anyone, based on my positive experience so far. I LOVE my apartment, the layout it is so cute. I would totally buy my apartment if it was for sale. Maybe I've been lucky... or maybe my positive attitude has brought positive experiences, if you know what I mean.
