Terrible Management

The new management is terrible! Staff are rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional. Never walk in the office and ask for assistance when there are no "future residents" present. They will treat you like nobody and send you from one staff to another. Poor phone manner as well, so don't ever think about calling them to solve any problem.
