The Pacific at Mission Bay has a great location (right off the 5 close to beach) and has a pretty good size units. The living situation wasn't half bad as it has your typical perks laundry on site, pool, hot tub, sauna, super small "gym" (has 3 machines and no free weights), and a great location. My major complaint was management, who was not very caring and didn't do a great job following through with requests. Rent is a little high when compared to complexes in the area.

They have been raising rent and are very strict when it comes to noise after 10pm.

Overall, not a bad place to live but there definately better and cheaper places to go but its not bad. Had issues with bugs and plumbing quite a few times there.

Hello, thanks for the great review! I've been looking into this complex for quite some time now. Could you tell me though what the overall demographics is for this apartment complex? Couples, singles, families, retirees? Also, how is the condition of these units? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again!
