I do not have any complaints about living in this apartment complex and I have lived here for over a year. The parking is gated, and yes there are times when the parking is pretty full, but I have always managed to find a spot or use the garage that comes available with each apartment. The one bedroom is very big, with a large living space, oversized bedroom, and ample closet space. There is a separate dinning area and kitchen. The apartment manager is very pleasant and friendly. The community is small and mostly young working professionals live there. Although there are a few families. I have never seen any pests, the maintanence staff responds quickly, the apartments are in decent shape. The area is excellent as well, close to a lot of things including the beach, the weather is always pleasant so never need to heat the place or use an air conditioner (which we actually dont have anyways), close to freeways, downtown, PB, the mall, etc. There is a pool and a gated patio area where all of the apartments entrances meet. The neighbors are typically friendly. I would definitely reccomend this place.

The other review ended with the same exact sentence, "I would definitely reccomend this place," just with better spelling. So although I would like to believe the review, I'm skeptical now.
