I have lived here for almost a year now. It's very quiet, the people who used to live above were young males i could never hear them through the floor. well maintained. any time i had a problem the manager got the maintenance man to fix that day or next day as he doesn't live there. management was always courteous. gated parking and coded entry made me feel pretty safe being a single mother with an infant. street parking is hard to find for guests though.
