We chose Pacific Gardens Apartments based on their price. They are the cheapest in this area. When we first moved in they were not too bad. However, two years down the road, we are noticing a definite trend toward the slummy side. The tenant quality seems to be lower than before. Also the sinks are made of plastic! The cabinets are very low grade and do not hold up well. For the cost they should have spent a little more on quality products. The maintenance is prompt to respond. It does get noisy in some of the apartments.
