Noisy and dificult to park From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/9/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   The UC ghetto. Super noisy from neighbors as well as trafic on the always busy Genesee Avenue. Parking is $100/month, or you may need to wait for a space, or park blocks away. The beautiful manager is the most atractive thing there. Computer and TV were stolen from apartment while at work. Locks don't work on windows, so management gave us all aluminum thumb screws in a feable attempt to keep them closed. No AC, & no screens on master bedroom doors, so you can realy keep that sweat pumping.
