I lived there for two years and had nothing but positive experiences with management, and parked easily in the same area every day. Maintenance always made repairs promptly. I felt safe there. The location is excellent because you can walk to anything you might possibly need. You can even bike to work if you work at UCSD, which most people there do. It's clean and the noise is no more than I've experienced at any other apartment complex over the last 10 years. (If you want quiet, get a house.) The negative reviews are too harsh and probably reflect the reviewer's personal taste more than any actual flaws of the complex. I'm actually thinking of moving back there.

I agree with this, except I haven't had much problem with noise (I am facing away from the street, though).
