I lived at this apartment complex for a couple of years.

It was (for the most part) a quiet complex with a clean pool and always heated spa.
There is no gym or any extra amenities.

It is located on Genesee, with only a right turn allowed out of the complex, which makes it difficult during afternoon rush hours and you then also always have to make a U-turn at the light if want to go north on Genesee Ave.

The parking where my apartment was located was ok, but some areas of parking fill up quickly. Only some tenants have a garage, upon availability of the time of move in.

The trash dumpster filled up often, so I often saw squirrels and sometimes raccoons in the complex. At least the recycling was also full most of the time!

For the actual apartment, it was ok. There is basic brown carpet through out, except for the tiny kitchen that had lots of scratches on the linoleum. There was a fan in the 'dining' area which was nice during summers. The kitchen is really small; just two people in there makes it tight. The kitchen has a lot of storage space, but the cabinets are high and a stool was often necessary. The living area is decent. The bathroom has the washer/dryer inside of it which is nice, but it is weird that the light is on the outside. Both bedrooms are decent size with decent closet space and the balcony is a decent size for an apartment.

I never had any issues with the management.

Overall was a decent place to live; I felt the rent was a little high for the area. There are much nicer complexes with many more amenities included like gyms, saunas, assigned parking and security (this place has none) for the same amount, or less.
