they say not pets, but trust me you can get away with it. Someone had two cats for over a year and a half and another had a big dog that would bark and act like no one can hear it. And the manager knowing that its against the policy, they wont care, so if someone allergic to cats or dogs moves in to that apartment, then thats trouble. Cockroach and silver fish everywhere. pipes always leaking. shower paint chipping. knobs falling off. dryer takes hours to dry clothes. bad parking. noisy incosiderate neighbors who act like people cant hear them outside or inside having sex. Nasty people OMG.

I never had a problem with cockroaches or silver fish in my apartment. I will agree with the fact that the tub has paint chips, but these are older apartments and you notice it when you take a look at the apartments before signing the lease. And sex?!?! Seriously. If they are inside their apartment then who cares? We cant hide the fact we have sex...we are humans and we do bear young! Apartment walls are thin, therefore you'll hear people having sex on occasion. So if you dont like it, buy a house. Don't get mad cuz you're not getting laid! And I do agree with getting away with having a pet...been there, done that, but that was with old management. You'll have that in any complex, not just this one.
