Built in 1969, the place is huge, but tasteful. Well-kept green and common areas, including the pool, gym, etc. Neat for a single person, or a retired couple looking to scale down. When my leased expired they tried to jack up the price quite a bit. I haggled and managed to shrink the increase a little bit.

The next time my lease expired I moved to another unit but this time renting directly from the owner: I got a bigger 1-BR and saved money!! The worst about this place: some young tenants can be noisy, so you have to be willing to complain to management, to the tenants, call the police if it's past 1 a.m. and they keep partying, etc. I solved the problem once by getting up before 6 a.m. and turning on my stereo at full blast. That worked!!! But I lost some money b/c they were very strict with the 30-day notice.

Once my car was towed. They said that I had parked on the wrong spot. It may be true, but if I did, it was on the spot next to mine, and they could have looked up my car info and call me. (They as for your car make, model, color and license plat number when you move in). Instead they had me towed and had to spent $$$ te get my car back, not to mention the scare I got from thinking my car had been stolen.

Over all, I rented 18 months from the leasing office, and 18 months from an owner. It was and OK, and close to work. You can also walk to restaunrants and shops, and many units (like the one I rented from the owner) face Sea World: nightly fireworks!
