I have been a homeOWNER here for over 2 years.. and its a nightmare. the area is disgusting,, as are most of my neighbors. the hoa wont help anybody w/ any complaints. the trash that lives here can get away with murder. if i could sell this sh**hole for what i paid for it, i would in a second flat. unfortunatly, due to the trash living next and above me, and rapidly declining property values... i am stuck living in the disgusting complex. i will regret this purchase the rest of my life, and dont advise anyone to rent or purchase here... unless u like not sleeping and feelings unsafe taking out your trash and getting your mail. I would give all ratings 0 stars,, but unfortunatly i must choose at least 1.

Sounds like you are a jackass! It's the jerks who rent out their places that are the investors. How is it this guy's fault that trash is being allowed to rent surrounding apartments and bring down the value of the entire property. Shame on your for being such an arrogant prick!

I am actually NOT an investor.. i LIVE here. If I was an investor I would be a slumlord just like all the other landlords in this complex. And I have no problem with hearing my neighbors. I do have a problem with people that come in every night at 2am and bang on the floor. I have a problem with people who key the f word into other peoples cars. I have problems with alcoholics that have domestic physical fights in front of my front door on a weekly basis, so much so that the police will no longer respond to calls from anyone in my number block due to couples calling on each other on a daily basis. I have problems with dogs crapping on their balconies, then the tenant sweeping it onto my patio. But maybe you are right! Maybe all these complaints are petty. Somehow I think not. Also, I think maybe you are the one that is bitter, as you probably still rent, and have terrible spelling and grammar skills. But thanks for your input, it always makes me smile to read postings from the "special kids" that I pay taxes to educate every year. Money well spent!

Hey HatePacIsle, I apologize if I offended you. I should have noticed that you actually live there. It was interesting that you mentioned spelling and grammar. Only because I mistyped "late"? Funny that you'd say that, and still write "people's cars" incorrectly. I don't see how renting makes people bitter. I sold my house in the O.C. at the peak of the cycle in 2005, and now rent very cheaply. I'll buy again when prices bottom out (as they did in the mid 80s and mid 90s), but it may be at least four years before prices get realistic. Finally, I moved out of Pac Isle seven years ago, and the place may have deteriorated since then. Perhaps the good tenants that I knew took advantage of the easy mortgage credit and bought houses in the recent years, and that's why only the very worst people has moved in. That would make sense to me.
