Homeowner for 5 years beautiful surroundings, great amenities and close to the beach. Older building needs to be updated inside & out. Should have a no dog policy with dog deposit and enforce with fees current owners that disregard ownership responsability. Also, should supervise move in-move outs and fine for damage. Security cameras need to be increased.

When you say this building needs to be updated inside and out. Do you mean it has structural defects or is it mostly renovation to make it more modern?
